The Story Behind the Deck
Living with chronic illnesses, I know how difficult it can be to find words that acknowledge what you’re going through without minimizing it.
I created From Pain, With Peace because I wanted affirmations that made room for the hard days, the complicated feelings, and the realities we don’t always talk about.
Each of the 31 affirmations was inspired by lived experience and reviewed by a psychotherapist.
Because you don’t have to pretend everything is okay to deserve comfort.
