At Ìdẹ̀ra by Azzy, we design our products with care, intention, and hygiene in mind. Because of this, most items are not eligible for return once opened or used.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@iderabyazzy.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide next steps and return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used heat wraps
  • Personal care items once unsealed
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

However, this right does not apply to sealed personal care items once they have been opened. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Shipping & Refunds

For approved returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an error on our end, original shipping costs, any applicable duties, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once processed. A 15% restocking fee may also apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Full refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • There was an error with your order, or
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit, so please keep your proof of postage and tracking details.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
