We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been placed. Ìdẹ̀ra by Azzy is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations using trusted delivery partners.

United States & International Shipping
Shipping rates for U.S. and international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available delivery method.
Duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, and other import fees may apply to orders shipped outside Canada. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
For U.S. orders, applicable tariffs or import charges may be calculated and collected at checkout. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they remain the responsibility of the customer.
Sticker-Only Orders
Sticker-only orders within Canada and the United States qualify for FREE untracked lettermail shipping.
Because lettermail does not include tracking, tracking information will not be provided for orders shipped using this method. Delivery times may vary and can take longer than our tracked standard shipping service.
If your order contains stickers and any other physical product, regular shipping rates for your destination apply.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Ìdẹ̀ra by Azzy may offer additional free or discounted shipping promotions. Eligibility and applicable terms will be communicated as part of the promotion.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time and does not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
Sticker-only orders shipped by free untracked lettermail will not receive tracking information.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and timelines.
If a tracked shipment appears delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at hello@iderabyazzy.com and we will assist with reviewing the available tracking information and determining the appropriate next steps.
For orders shipped using free untracked lettermail, tracking and carrier investigations are not available.
